we bought 3 range rovers at the time we were charged 2500 to hold the trucks we were buying no refund yet asked so many times and suppose to get our rims coated black also asked so many time no response

Definitely too short test routes. To high pressure on the transaction.I was looking for some different items inside .The licensee plate in front has been screwed on unevenly.You can’t put a plate on a car than costs 80000 $ . But overall I m happy with the car.

Love the text messages and reminder for service! And scheduling is easy. My input is for the service dept to know the folks who prepaid for the extended warranties upon purchase of the car. I remembered I did for the service and then the gentleman pulled it up and billed the other company separately. Although I didn’t mention I also had one for the rims etc which then didn’t get addressed at the time of service. That is lost revenue for the dealership and doesn’t make for the best customer service. Hope this is helpful info! Overall ...

The door wouldn’t shut on my 2019 jaguar XJ. It was drivable because of the safety latch. I called Schaumburg Jaguar to tell them the challenge and they told me to bring it right in. It was late in the day and they still told me to come in even though it was probably inconvenient for them. They arranged a ride home for me while my car stayed there for two days The problem turned out to be a door latch. And they ordered it and had it fixed a day later.
