Did a good job of communicating but when the trim was missing on the back window so it would not close they were no help. Maybe it was I was an out of state buyer.
Good except for misrepresenting that a replacement part was not being made any more when in fact it was. Turned out that they just didn't want to go through the hassle of replacing it. Would appreciate better transparency and honesty.

Well a true testament to their professionalism is when I arrived they were closing and still helped me identify the car I was looking for. They went beyond what they required to do and invited me back meanwhile sending me all of the information on the truck I wanted.
